Simran S. Chatha

Simran combines knowledge of complex U.S. immigration law and compassion for his clients to provide creative solutions for their legal issues. Prior to starting his own firm, he worked at two boutique immigration law firms. His experience includes representing individual and corporate clients in a variety of immigrant and non-immigrant matters.

Simran earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the American Bar Association (ABA) and is admitted to practice in Illinois.

Simran is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. In his spare time, he likes to watch sports, travel, and cook.
